Let us put it simple: if for any reason you are not happy with our services, we will refund all your money.
If you have paid by credit card, it is a matter of a few clicks from our side and you will have the money back on your card (except some small commission for the credit card processor). You can initiate this procedure yourself. If you have wired us the payment, we'll wire it back on our expense. It is that simple.
