Our company culture is what we share and what makes us be what we are — if you know what we mean.

Or rather let's not be so stiff about this company culture thing! We're just normal people. We like to sip our coffees — or teas, for those who quit coffee — together every morning.

We usually make a good day's start by a short, awakening chat. Just like now, when we exchange ideas on how we see things going on around here, what we feel about our “corporate culture”.

We find out that we really enjoy being a part of Neomedia. As a small company, we had only two options: either to be best friends or worst enemies. We instinctively chose the first one. So, we became best mates.

In a nutshell, we drink coffee, think, rethink, search, research, argue, change our minds, get it right, write it down, have a break, have a good laugh. On birthdays, legal holidays or whenever we feel like it, we party. At times, when the weather is fine and the office becomes too tight, we go for a walk in the park.

To conclude, the best expression of our company culture is our set of common values (yes, we actually nailed those down during several long “all staff” meetings). Here's the list:
